Own the end-to-end operating cadence behind ITS executive decisions, from OP1/OP2 financial planning and quarterly reforecasts to the monthly business review shaping senior leadership's calls.

ITS Business Operations is the operational backbone of IT Support, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions through financial planning, monthly business reviews, and cross-functional coordination. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of critical operational programs — from financial planning cycles and executive reporting to process improvement and stakeholder alignment.

This role is highly visible: you will regularly partner with senior ITS leaders, design and execute operational cadences that inform executive decisions, and own the mechanisms that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement of cross-functional financial and operational reporting.

Key job responsibilities

  • Program manage ITS annual financial planning (OP1 & OP2), designing end-to-end planning mechanisms, defining milestones, RACI, and communication plans, and coordinating cross-functional inputs to consolidate strategic priorities, headcount allocation, and budget forecasts via the BizOps Hub platform. Drive alignment across teams to meet planning deadlines and facilitate leadership review of financial submissions.
  • Own the quarterly reforecast program, including mechanism design, deliverable tracking, variance analysis reporting, and continuous process improvement. Deliver leadership-ready restatement submissions each cycle.
  • Operate the CIS Monthly Business Review (MBR) program, managing the full lifecycle: communications cadence, content deadlines, P0 document creation, financial and headcount inputs, pre-read production, monthly readouts, and action item tracking through closure. Manage final edit, submission, and publication workflows.
  • Lead ITS SharePoint content strategy, ensuring governance over news, calendar events, FAQs, and policies & procedures. Coordinate inputs from Executive Assistants, BizOps communications, and policy owners to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
  • Serve as Coupa Purchase Order governance approver, ensuring HRID compliance on all PO requests, resolving gaps with submitters, and tracking compliance metrics leveraging BizOps Hub data.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
