Program Operations Manager, Virtual Power Plants

Tesla s Virtual Power Plant programs residential customers with the opportunity to earn money and support their community by allowing their Tesla products to participate in an aggregation that provides high-value services to the electrical grid.
This Program Operations Manager will drive the delivery, operations, and scale Tesla s industry-leading distributed Virtual Power Plant programs. They will own the business processes that are critical to program success. They will work with stakeholders across Tesla and interface with external partners to manage and operate programs that provide excellent customer experience and generate value for the grid, the customer, and Tesla.
A successful candidate will have project management experience and a grounded understanding of distributed energy resources and utility programs. They will be motivated by excellent customer and business outcomes, will be a self-sufficient problem-solver, and will be excellent at maintaining professional relationships inside and outside of Tesla.
