Project Coordinator, Professional Services

Available Location: Austin, TX

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of small- to medium-sized customer engagements and manage scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables from kickoff through closeout. You'll also be a key partner in resource coordination, working with Professional Services managers and project managers to staff engagements with the right people at the right time. As a day-to-day point of contact for both customers and internal delivery teams, you'll keep everyone aligned so that our cybersecurity and networking solutions are delivered smoothly and meet agreed-upon success criteria.

The ideal candidate has experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar delivery role at a SaaS or cloud technology company. They take initiative, follow through on commitments, and collaborate effectively across teams.
