About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to guide our product team in developing and deploying scalable, AI-enabled systems. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of major backend and data initiatives, mentor a team of engineers, and collaborate with Product, Research, Operation, Sales, and Information Security to maintain robust compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, AI-driven backend and data systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D projects, from concept through prototyping and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Serve as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to develop, implement, and enforce information security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information assets.
