Recipe Data Coordinator

Harrods is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recipe Data Coordinator to support the management, maintenance and governance of recipe and product information across our Food division.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring recipe, ingredient, costing and product setup data is accurate, complete and maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Working across multiple systems, you will support new product launches, recipe amendments, product delists and ongoing data governance activities. You will work closely with Buying, Development Chefs, Technical, Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure recipe and product information is accurately represented across business systems, supporting operational excellence, product consistency and commercial decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food systems, recipe management, product setup, product lifecycle management or product information administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate recipe, product, ingredient, costing and yield data across business systems.
• Support product setup, launches, delists and lifecycle changes, ensuring all records are completed accurately and on time.
• Administer Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows and coordinate data requirements throughout the product development process.
• Perform data validation, audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), recipe structures and product costing information.
• Support users with recipe, product and system-related queries, helping to resolve data issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, maintain and support recipe, product and system information.
