Overview: Spirit Energy Services, LLC is expanding and looking for an experienced Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to lead sales, marketing, and team-building for our new industrial waste handling facility serving the Greater Pittsburgh, Weirton, and Akron-Canton areas.
This is a key leadership role responsible for launching and growing a new profit center offering comprehensive environmental services including:
Field services including specialty vacs, roll-offs, filter bin managementIndustrial wastewater pretreatmentOil recyclingFilter management and disposalDrum/oily debris handling (non-hazardous)We’re seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B sales, specifically in industrial services, waste management, or environmental sectors.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and lead sales and marketing strategy for a new regional facilityBuild and manage a high-performing sales teamIdentify new business opportunities across multiple industriesBuild lasting relationships with key industrial and energy clientsCollaborate with operations to deliver excellent serviceTrack performance, set goals, and drive revenue growthWhat We’re Looking For:
7+ years of industrial/environmental services sales experienceProven sales leadership and team-building skillsStrong industry knowledge and customer networkExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel throughout the regionWhat We Offer:
