Regional Sales Manager (East)
- Interview new candidates as needed for Regional Sales team
- Guide, train and coach each rep in region to achieve yearly budget
- Conduct performance reviews with each rep in region
- Develop and manage Regional GPO’s/IDN customers
- Grow sales profitably and achieve Sales budget overall within the assigned geographic region
- Collaborate with GBO distribution and health systems manager
- Maintain Sales database information related to assigned geography
- Manage Regional expenses
- Participate in other required sales activities as required
