Regional Vice President, Enterprise, Growth

The Regional Vice President, France will manage a high-performing organization focused on expanding existing enterprise customers, landing new workloads and delivering sustained revenue growth across France.
You will lead second-line sales leaders across the Enterprise Growth organization, strengthen our leadership bench, and build a culture of accountability, development, and customer impact. You will play a critical role in shaping regional strategy, improving execution, and ensuring the business consistently delivers against its bookings and revenue goals.
The successful candidate must live in Paris and be able to work from MongoDB’s Paris office at least three days per week, with four days per week preferred.
