[Remote] Internship, Project Manager, Media Coordinator (Winter/Spring 2027)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tesla is seeking an intern to support its North America Sales and Delivery Organization and Business Generation team. The role will develop, execute, and optimize media and partnership programs, manage cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance, and create scalable resources to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and top-of-funnel growth.

Build and manage centralized resources for field enablement—including toolkits, playbooks, and request portals—that support a repeatable and efficient go-to-market strategyIdentify and evaluate new growth and media opportunities for strategic participationOutreach and coordination with external media on local and national engagementsAnalyze and interpret data trends to develop data-driven strategies for program optimizationManage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholder communicationIdentify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, resource utilization, and program delivery through automation, standardization, and best practices Skills

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Data Analytics, or related field)- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with high attention to detail and strategic foresight- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Strong bias for speed and action, along with comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities- Highly organized with exceptional executional discipline and problem-solving ability- Passion for Tesla's mission and deep understanding of the customer journey and full sales cycle- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
