Your Impact: Leads strategic and operational programs that advance renewals performance, drive recurring revenue growth, and improve customer retention across Splunk and Cisco. Translates business strategy into actionable program roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams around shared priorities, measurable outcomes, and scalable execution. Leverages data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to improve forecasting, identify renewal risks and opportunities, optimize processes, and inform strategic decision-making. Establishes program governance, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks to drive visibility, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across complex initiatives. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline renewals operations, enable process integration, and deliver continuous improvements that enhance business performance and customer outcomes.
