Job Summary Responsible for supporting Comcast Business Services in their efforts to retain and grow existing client relationships through working with customers that are either requesting disconnect of service or want to look at how to support their future growth plans. Empathizes with clients, helps them resolve any business challenges, identifies opportunities to deliver additional business value added services, and renegotiates the terms of their agreement. Supports customer value initiatives such as customer satisfaction surveys, contract renewals, solution adoption, and growth opportunities across Comcast Business products and services.
