Residential Service Plumber

Burns & McBride | New Castle, DE Guaranteed 40 Hours Every Week

Build Something New—Without Starting From Scratch

Burns & McBride is launching a residential plumbing department, and we’re looking for an experienced service plumber who wants more than another seat in another truck.

Since 1949, Burns & McBride has earned the trust of homeowners throughout Delaware and the greater Wilmington area by delivering dependable home services and standing behind our work. Now, we’re bringing that same reputation and customer-first approach to residential plumbing.

You’ll have the rare opportunity to help build a new department while benefiting from an established brand, an existing homeowner customer base, and a company that has served the community for more than 75 years. Your experience and ideas will matter as we establish our plumbing standards, processes, and reputation.

We’re looking for a self-driven professional who takes ownership of their day. You diagnose accurately, communicate clearly, present repair and replacement options confidently, and create revenue by educating homeowners—not pressuring them.
