With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively. We are looking for a Retail Learning & Development Specialist to shape engaging learning experiences that help our retail teams build the knowledge and capabilities they need to succeed. You will take ownership of retail learning initiatives, from identifying development needs and defining learning solutions to coordinating content creation and supporting implementation across global markets. Reporting to the Global Retail Director Training and Development, you will work closely with a well-established team, local markets, retail stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical, impactful learning programmes.
