Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on day shift. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role The SA People Leader - PCI-FAST manages a team of accounting and finance professionals responsible for Product Costing, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Special Tooling activities. The role is accountable for accurate and timely financial reporting, effective controls, audit readiness, stakeholder service, and compliance with US GAAP, applicable local requirements, and GM policies. The People Leader also leads process migrations, standardization, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, compliance, and service delivery. As a People Leader, this role develops, coaches, motivates, and evaluates team members while building a high-performing culture and supporting career development and pathing.
