Sales Excellence Analyst

Build the whitespace and portfolio insights that guide CEMEA commercial strategy while helping roll out GenAI-enabled tools across the region.
Role Summary: The Analyst, Commercial Effectiveness will support the CEMEA Commercial Effectiveness team in driving business growth through data-driven insights, and whitespace analysis. The role will help identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, market share, portfolio yield, OPEX optimization and seller productivity by converting data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.
This role will play an important part in strengthening CEMEA's GenAI-enabled workflows. Success in this role will be defined by strong execution, attention to detail, ability to simplify complex data, and consistent delivery of high-quality work that support commercial priorities across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial & Business Insights:
- Support analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities, portfolio performance trends, market share movements, yield improvement areas, and commercial productivity opportunities across CEMEA.
- Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategy, account planning, annual operating planning, and commercial prioritization.
- Conduct analysis across markets, clients, portfolios, and deal performance to help business teams understand performance drivers and areas requiring action.
- Translate complex datasets into simple, structured, and business-ready insights for leadership and frontline teams.
