As Secretary to the Board of Directors, you will support the Chair of the Board of Directors and the entire Board of Directors. In this role, you will ensure the professional coordination and administration of all the Board of Directors’ activities.
In this key role, you will ensure smooth collaboration between the Board of Directors and the Group CEO. You will maintain relations with the majority shareholder, manage the Board’s correspondence and coordinate media relations. You will also oversee the fundamentals of corporate governance, advise members of the Board of Directors on their duties and ensure their rights to information and access to documents. You will organise the meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure that resolutions and the resulting actions are consistently followed up. Furthermore, you organise the Annual General Meeting and head the Board of Directors’ secretariat. This includes personnel and financial management, the administrative processing of remuneration and occupational benefits for Board members, and the management of digital records and processes.
