1. Lead and develop a team of Security Cloud Solution Architects focused on helping customers strengthen their cybersecurity posture and achieve business outcomes. Guide customers through security modernization initiatives, including identity, data protection, threat protection, cloud security, security operations, and AI-powered security solutions. Build strong executive relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity trends, resilience strategies, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats. Building a high-performing team of security architects. Becoming a trusted advisor to customer security executives. Helping customers improve cyber resilience and reduce risk. Delivering measurable business and security outcomes. Driving growth through customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 10+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 5+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, technical architect managers, and/or people managers. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 15+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. …
