The Senior Accountant role at Ro leads various accounting functions and reporting areas to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting. This role is primarily responsible for preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, managing third-party invoicing, and performing various month-end and annual close processes, independently resolving discrepancies, and collaborating cross-functionally on financial processes.

This is a hybrid position and is onsite two days a week in our NYC office.

What you'll do

• Review and process daily accounting transactions

• Manage third-party invoicing, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking collections, and maintaining accurate records of receivables

• Work with cross functional partners to assist in tracking inventory transactions in ERP system and reconciling inventory records between warehouses, systems and financial reports (3-way match)
