Senior Associate, Strategic Finance (Growth)

We’re seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Associate to join Chime’s Growth & Marketing Finance team. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Data to manage marketing budget, evaluate growth initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investment decisions. Our team’s mandate is to bring rigorous, data-driven insights to help Chime scale efficiently and drive sustainable growth.

As a thought partner to the business, you will play a critical role in shaping how Chime evaluates and prioritizes growth opportunities—from new acquisition strategies to new growth partnerships. You will manage a dynamic budget to optimize growth and ROI, build organized trackers and analytical frameworks, and translate performance data into clear recommendations that influence how and where we invest.

We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a clear, confident communicator with a strong bias toward action. You excel at building strong cross-functional partnerships, know how to balance precision with speed, and will play a key role in improving the accuracy and reliability of our growth and marketing forecasts over time.
