The Senior Buyer is responsible for leading and developing a team of Buyers to achieve/over achieve on business KPI's of Supplier On Time Delivery and Inventory Reductions
This position reports to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Procurement Team located in Redruth and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a Team to achieve departmental goals
- Work within SAP S4 Hana using MRP system
- Use continuous improvement tools to further develop and introduce effective processes
- Attend weekly site management meeting
- Conduct regular 1 to 1's with team members
