The Legal team is a strategic partner to the business, helping teams move quickly and responsibly as the company scales. We work cross-functionally with supply chain, business development, product, engineering, partnerships, and other groups to enable innovation, manage risk, and build scalable processes. Our team values practical judgment, clear communication, collaboration, and a solutions-oriented approach.

As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will advise on the commercial transactions that support our mission and day-to-day operations. You will structure, draft, negotiate, and manage agreements involving vehicle systems and components, intellectual property, strategic partnerships, software and SaaS, professional services, goods and services, non-disclosure agreements, and more.
