Senior Consultant, Professional Services (Revenue AI)

Gong’s Professional Services organisation is growing rapidly, creating demand for Consultants who can bring structure, credibility and domain expertise to complex revenue transformations. Within Professional Services, the Activation Services team leads the activation of every new Enterprise customer—and is looking for people who want to help shape this at scale.

This role is suited to someone with practical go-to-market experience within a revenue organisation, who understands how revenue teams operate and is ready to apply that expertise in a structured, client-facing consulting role.

As a Consultant, you will own the discovery, design, strategy, business and privacy workstreams within each Activation engagement. Working alongside Engagement Managers, Technical Architects and Program Architects, you will act as a trusted customer advisor, applying industry expertise and best practice across complex projects.

Gong Professional Services is at the forefront of AI-powered consulting and customer delivery. You will use Gong, AI and automation in your daily work, continuously build your AI and product expertise, and contribute to reusable workflows, assets and methodologies. You will also share best practices and customer insights to strengthen the wider Professional Services organisation.
