What You’ll Do:

• Provide clear, actionable advice on all aspects of the employee experience, including hiring, performance management, accommodations, investigations, and exits.
• Support Ro’s workforce strategy, including remote arrangements and cross-border employment questions.
• Partner with the People team and outside counsel on benefits and equity questions in support of Ro’s overall compensation structure.
• Manage employment-related disputes through resolution, including pre-dispute response, alternative dispute resolution, litigation, and coordination with outside counsel and insurers.
• Assist with other litigation matters across the organization as needed, including commercial disputes involving Ro corporate, its pharmacy subsidiaries, and affiliated physician practices.
• Advise on responsible, compliant use of AI tools in recruiting, performance management, and other employee-facing contexts.
• Anticipate and track changes in relevant laws and keep Ro ahead of them through practical updates and guidance.
• Work with the People team to maintain scalable policies, handbooks, templates, and training programs.
