Senior Data Analyst, People

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support our People organization , using data to help Fivetran attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent as we scale. You’ll work across the employee lifecycle — from recruiting and workforce planning to employee experience, learning and development, performance, and retention — turning complex people data into insights that shape how we build and support our teams.

This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of data, people, and strategy . You’ll partner closely with leaders across People, Recruiting, Finance, and the broader business to answer important organizational questions, develop scalable analytical frameworks, and improve how decisions are made.

This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or NYC, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration. There is no mandate on the number of days required but we encourage employees to come in every week to collaborate.
