Senior Director, Global Total Rewards (14-Month Contract)

Lead global Total Rewards strategy for a fast-growing security company, from equity governance and board-level Compensation Committee work to a major HRIS and Pave platform overhaul.
As Senior Director, Global Total Rewards, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of compensation, equity, benefits, and related programs across a global technology organization. You’ll guide an approximately eight-person team, partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, and help build scalable, equitable programs that support 1Password’s mission to make it safe for everyone to access the information they need.
