Senior Director, GTM and G&A Talent Acquisition - Americas

As part of this transformation, we’re seeking a Head of GTM and G&A TA across the Americas. This role will define and drive the strategy for how we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

This role is critical in ensuring Nutanix has the GTM and G&A talent to fuel innovation and growth. This leader will build trusted partnerships with senior GTM and G&A executives, lead a high-performing team of recruiters, and position Talent Acquisition as a strategic partner in achieving business priorities.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior GTM and G&A leaders, translating business needs into scalable recruiting strategies.Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of recruiters across the Americas.Drive structured, insight-driven recruiting processes focused on quality, speed, and consistency.Own and deliver TA performance reporting for the Americas GTM and G&A functions.Shape workforce capacity and location planning using data and market insights.Ensure accountability for meeting hiring goals while elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience.Partner with global COEs to optimize tools and drive adoption of AI, automation, and analytics.Collaborate across global TA, People teams, and Finance to align plans and influence initiatives.
