The Experience
Salesforce is looking for a technically strong, energetic, and collaborative engineering leader to run the software engineering team for the AgentExchange Go To Market App. This is a new platform transforming Salesforce's AgentExchange (also known as AppExchange) from a basic listing platform into a fully integrated, transactable marketplace — accelerating ISV sales and recovering lost revenue by giving partners a seamless way to sell and customers an easy way to purchase, deploy, and pay for solutions, all without manual intervention. You'll help build a product that's streamlined (a cohesive purchasing and billing experience with fewer manual touchpoints), scalable (faster time to market with reduced overhead), and flexible (supporting a wider range of pricing models, including consumption-based selling). You'll lead outstanding developers with quality top of mind, in an environment built on open communication, feedback, and continuous learning.
