Senior Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to one or more members of Fastly's Executive Leadership Team. This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who has built a strong foundation supporting senior leaders and is ready to take the next step in their career.

While providing exceptional executive support, this role offers the opportunity to grow beyond traditional administrative responsibilities by developing a deep understanding of the business, anticipating executive needs, improving processes, and contributing to the success of the broader organization.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and enjoys becoming deeply integrated into the business they support.
