At Twitch, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) partners with key stakeholders across the business to guide financial decisions and deliver actionable insights that shape the company’s growth. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Director of FP&A. In this role, you will act as a bridge between FP&A and emerging artificial intelligence tools, shifting from manual number-crunching to automated, agentic finance workflows and strategic data insights.
You will help drive visibility into Twitch’s financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence key business outcomes. Your analysis and insights will directly inform decisions made by the CFO and executive leadership team. If you are passionate about uncovering insights that drive business growth and improve financial outcomes, this role is for you.
You can work from San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; New York City, NY; Los Angeles, CA.
- AI & Workflow Automation: Partner with tech teams to implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and automated data pipelines to streamline budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations
FP&A Modernization: Leverage AI tools to move away from manual data extraction and report formatting to focus on real-time driver-based forecasting, KPI metrics, and strategic advisory
