Own the company's planning platform and build the forecasting and board-level reporting that executives rely on, while working across Finance, Corp Dev, and Treasury at a fast-growing cloud company.

Crusoe is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Central Finance to support a variety of corporate finance initiatives, solving critical finance, strategy, and operations-related problems across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across teams and see firsthand how a fast-growing business operates — a great platform for learning how to operationalize change at scale. This is a highly visible role that interacts regularly with executive management, and requires someone comfortable moving fluidly across Finance, Corporate Development, Treasury, and business groups.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable multi-tasking in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, exempt position.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis — Build and maintain robust financial models for corporate planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting; perform sensitivity, scenario, and variance analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
  • Planning & Forecasting — Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by partnering with business unit finance teams to gather inputs, consolidate actuals and forecast data, and deliver accurate, timely financial plans aligned with corporate targets.
  • Performance Management Reporting — Create and support monthly executive team reports, board materials, and ad-hoc analyses, building clear, actionable performance narratives for leadership.
  • Systems & Data Management — Own and manage the company’s planning platform, ensuring data integrity, availability, and accuracy for financial reporting and analysis; identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership — Collaborate with Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, Accounting, and other teams to ensure Finance model assumptions reflect the latest business inputs and meet reporting and control standards.
