The Role We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Worldwide Customer Office. This role sits within the Product FP&A umbrella of our Finance Strategy team, alongside peers who support other GMs and product lines. You will report to an FP&A Manager and present directly to the Chief Customer Officer. You will serve as finance partner across the CCO's five functions: Support and Professional Services, Renewals, Customer Success Management, Managed Services, and Strategy and Customer Office Operations. You will work closely and regularly with the VP of Strategy and CO Operations and meet monthly with each of the other functional VPs on expense, headcount, and forecast performance. The role's defining feature is exposure: you'll work directly with the Customer Office leadership team every month, building the financial models they use to make decisions and presenting your analysis to them. For an analyst who wants senior-leadership visibility and ownership of the numbers, it offers experience that is hard to get at this level.
Location: This is a hybrid role in our Sunnyvale, CA office Monday through Thursday.
