Senior Financial Systems Analyst

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst sits at the critical cross-section of Accounting, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Product. Operating at the hub of our operational and financial infrastructure, you will lead the support, optimization, and strategic development of our financial systems. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Systems, you will serve as the technical and operational bridge across teams to build scalable, automated, and audit-ready financial platforms.

You will be a key point of contact for system implementations, project management, and remediating complex system issues. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across financial systems, developing and enforcing data governance policies, and leading initiatives to streamline financial processes.

You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence the strategic direction of our financial systems, leading the development of processes and workflows by providing subject matter expertise with a focus on automation. You will be expected to think critically, proactively identify opportunities to enable or automate using technology, and champion best practices in financial systems management.

You’re passionate about process design, controls, and have a proven track record of significantly increasing a team’s operational efficiency. You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and solving complex system issues.
