Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows in production environments.
• Design end-to-end solutions integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.
• Partner directly with customers to translate business problems into scalable AI and RPA solutions.
• Own delivery from prototype → production → iteration.
• Optimize systems for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Extend platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and custom integrations to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Anticipate delivery risks, manage scope, and communicate blockers, tradeoffs, and timelines proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead high-impact technical workstreams within strategic customer engagements, aligning delivery to measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute reusable patterns and influence product direction through real-world feedback.
• Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and help scale reusable implementation play books across customer engagements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate field learnings into platform improvements.
