What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Ownership : Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of complex full-stack features from initial concept through production deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, UX, and global engineering teams to align technical solutions with business priorities and user needs.
- Architectural & System Excellence : Design resilient microservices and backend architectures with an emphasis on data integrity, high availability, and asynchronous processing.
- AI-First Workflow : Leverage state-of-the-art AI tooling across the full software development lifecycle—from design and prototyping to implementation, testing, and debugging.
- Quality & Performance : Champion engineering best practices through robust unit/integration testing, CI/CD automation, and real-time observability using modern monitoring tools.
- Mentorship & Standards : Drive code review standards, elevate engineering practices, and mentor team members across cross-functional projects.
