Senior Global Partner Business Development Manager, Partner Programs

The AWS Partner Organization is looking for a Partner Business Development Manager to drive the strategy and execution for market-leading Programs designed to differentiate highly skilled, trusted AWS Partners in this era of rapid technological transformation.

This role is responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of our key differentiation program; AWS Specialization Program. This includes ownership of program governance, partner enablement, operational mechanisms, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the program is running effectively and delivering value to partners and customers in a rapidly evolving AI-driven landscape. This individual owns holding a high bar for program quality, managing competing internal priorities, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio — including identifying how AI and automation can be leveraged to scale programs and improve the partner experience.
