Senior HRIS Analyst (India/Philippines)

The Senior SuccessFactors Engineer is a hands-on technical specialist responsible for the design, configuration, support and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors. Working across HR and IT, this role will own complex platform changes, resolve technical issues and deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. The role requires deep expertise in Employee Central and at least one additional SuccessFactors module, together with the ability to work independently and provide technical leadership across the HR technology landscape.

HRIS Operation Support

• Provide second-line support for complex SuccessFactors incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

• Coach HRIS analysts and other team members, sharing technical knowledge and improving support capability.

• Support the onboarding and development of new team members through documentation, knowledge transfer and practical guidance.

• Identify recurring issues, complete root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes that improve platform stability and user experience.

System Administration & Support

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one of the following modules: Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, or Time Tracking.

• Translate business requirements into secure, supportable and scalable SuccessFactors designs, configurations and integrations.

• Configure and administer the platform, including role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, data models, user access and system settings.

• Design, test and support integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll, identity, recruitment and other enterprise platforms.

• Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including configuration workbooks, integration specifications, application catalogues, support procedures and user guidance.
