- Design, build, and maintain connectors and integrations between identity platforms and target systems, including HR, cloud, SaaS, directories, and on-prem applications.
- Develop and operate automated joiner-mover-leaver (JML) provisioning pipelines, favoring API-driven and event-driven patterns over manual work.
- Operate and harden directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) and federation infrastructure for reliability and security.
- Own monitoring, capacity, patching, and incident response for identity platforms, and define and meet provisioning and availability SLAs.
- Manage identity infrastructure and configuration through version control and CI/CD, documenting and peer-reviewing all changes.
- Identify high-volume, rules-based, repetitive tasks and automate them, evaluating agentic AI augmentation before requesting incremental effort.
- Set integration and coding standards, review peers' work, and serve as a backup owner for an adjacent domain to eliminate single points of failure.
- Ensure engineering outputs, including provisioning logs and integration audit trails, feed audit and resilience evidence directly.
