Senior-level Property Manager (Blooming Meadows South)

Organization Background

Aeon is seeking an experienced Senior-level Property Manager to lead the team and operations at Blooming Meadows South, an affordable housing community with 306 apartment homes in Bloomington, MN.

This role is designed for a seasoned property management professional who can quickly assess priorities, take action, and drive property and team performance. In addition to leading day-to-day operations across the community, the Senior-level Property Manager will bring strong affordable housing knowledge, financial and operational expertise, and the ability to coach and support onsite staff. As a Senior Property Manager, this position will also serve as a resource and mentor to Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers throughout Aeon's portfolio.

The Senior Property Manager reports directly to the Portfolio Director.

Team Leadership & Support

• Lead, coach, and develop onsite staff through ongoing training, mentoring, performance management, annual reviews, and professional development opportunities.
• Effectively delegate responsibilities and ensure team members are trained, accountable, and consistently follow Aeon's policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers throughout Aeon's portfolio.
• Partner with Aeon's Talent Acquisition team to support effective and equitable recruitment and hiring and build strong onsite teams.
