We are hiring a Senior Manager, 1:Many ABM to build and scale Rubrik's scaled account-based marketing engine. This role owns the programmatic tier of our ABM strategy reaching hundreds of named accounts with the relevance of a 1:1 program and the efficiency of demand generation.

This is also a builder role for our Marketing AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE). You will design, test, and operationalize the AI skills, agents, and workflows that turn account signals into action - then package them so that field marketers, sellers, and the broader marketing organization can run them without you in the room.
