Senior Manager, Business Development

Build and scale a high-performing BDR team balancing inbound and outbound motion while leveraging AI-enabled workflows at a fast-growing SaaS company.
As Senior Manager, Business Development, you’ll lead a North American Business Development Representative (BDR) team within Sales, balancing inbound lead qualification with proactive outbound prospecting. You’ll coach individual contributors, strengthen pipeline-generation practices, and help build a scalable talent engine that supports 1Password’s mission. Reporting to the Director, Business Development, this role is based onsite in Austin, Texas, with occasional travel.

Expectations of this role This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's Austin office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
