As Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, you'll turn a fragmented set of systems requests, close and control needs, and process-improvement work into one prioritized, governed roadmap, with real, visible impact on how a newly public company operates.You'll be the connective tissue between Accounting, Business Systems/IT, and external partners — building the operating cadence, prioritization framework, and governance that let Accounting make clear trade-offs and move the highest-value work forward, with direct exposure to senior leadership. ŌURA is a hyper-growth environment — this role calls for agility and a practical, disciplined approach.Reporting to the Finance Transformation Lead, this role partners closely with Accounting leadership and Business Systems, with strong ties to external advisors supporting SOX readiness and close acceleration.
This is a remote role based in the US.
