What we’re looking for
Our Lifecycle Marketing team owns how customers experience SurveyMonkey after they sign up.
We're looking for a senior Lifecycle Marketing leader to drive customer success from first activation through renewal and expansion by owning the team's strategy and day-to-day operations. You'll bring deep, hands-on expertise in the email channel — we run our lifecycle programs on Iterable, with HubSpot supporting prospect-facing engagement — and set a cohesive strategy across activation, retention, and expansion. As a leader, you will coach each owner's craft and partner closely with peer managers in Customer Advocacy and Customer Education to represent a cohesive, shared view of the customer journey. This role reports to the Director of Product and Lifecycle Marketing and manages the individual contributors who own Email Marketing and Customer Marketing.
