About the Position: As Arctic Wolf continues to scale, the Business Applications organization plays a critical role in enabling business growth, operational efficiency, and enterprise transformation. This role exists to bring visibility, structure, and execution discipline to a growing portfolio of initiatives and investments.
The Senior Manager, Strategy, Portfolio Management & PMO will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and a team of Project and Program Managers while partnering closely with Business Applications leadership to drive planning, prioritization, portfolio governance, executive reporting, and operational excellence.
This role helps ensure leaders have the insight, processes, and governance needed to make informed decisions, balance competing priorities, and successfully execute strategic initiatives.
PMO Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Program Managers.
- Build a high-performing PMO focused on execution excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish project delivery standards, governance frameworks, and reporting practices.
- Drive consistency across project planning, risk management, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
Portfolio Management & Prioritization
- Lead portfolio intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance processes.
- Facilitate investment and prioritization decisions based on business value, resource capacity, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with leaders to balance strategic investments and operational commitments.
- Provide visibility into portfolio health, dependencies, risks, resource utilization, and expected business outcomes.
