Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Location: US Remote Reports to: VP, Marketing Operations

Nasuni is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations (PMO) to build and scale the operating system that turns marketing strategy into predictable execution.

You will own the Marketing PMO function, creating the planning rhythms, governance, work-management infrastructure, and cross-functional processes that help our marketing organization prioritize effectively, execute consistently, and adapt quickly as the business grows.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has built or significantly evolved a PMO, centralized planning function, or comparable operating model —not simply managed projects within an established system.

You will also lead complex strategic programs spanning Marketing, IT, Sales Operations, Finance, and other business functions, including acquisition integrations and transformation initiatives.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing Operations and works closely with functional marketing leaders and executive stakeholders.

You will independently own the Marketing PMO operating model while partnering with the VP of Marketing Operations on strategic direction and priorities.

You will have autonomy to diagnose execution challenges, design governance and planning mechanisms, establish operating cadences, improve workflows, and drive adoption across teams where you may have influence but no direct authority.

The role combines operating-model design with hands-on execution . You will build the system and also lead it until the system can operate predictably at scale.
