Senior Materials Representative -Receiving Clerk, 2nd Shift

Senior Materials Representative – Receiving Clerks are an integral part of the Materials Operations team and overall material flow process. The Senior Material Representative will support assigned buildings receiving inventory, verifying and reconciling for inventory accuracy. This role also provides direction to the dock drivers to consolidate parts, maintaining processes and reporting results. How You'll Create Possibilities Receiving Inbound Material

• Receive inbound freight by validating the ASN with physical receipt quantity
• Load necessary information into material management system, identify inaccuracies and escalate appropriately
• Responsible for identification and reconciliation of all receiving variances using problem solving skills
• Conduct yard checks as necessary to ensure record accuracy of trailers on premises as reflected in Trackx
• Audit pick locations to ensure parts are available and in location for the materials drivers to pick for assembly lines
• Responsible for ensuring we are shipping the right returnable containers back to suppliers in a timely manner
• Participates and is key contributor in annual physical inventory
• Participate on AWOs and embrace lean manufacturing concepts in efforts to continuously improve materials work
