The team manages the full ecosystem of campaigns - Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Things to Do, Hotel Ads, Demand Gen and DSA - so the challenge is no longer scale, but smarter scale.

Who you'll work with

You'll report to Jakub, Head of Performance Marketing, who owns both the SEM and Display teams. The team operates with high autonomy, which means ownership is real, not nominal. One honest line: the expectation here is that you find the problem before someone tells you it exists.
