Senior Principal Application Developer, Salesforce

As a Salesforce Senior Principal Application Developer, you should have around 12–16 years of experience and a good understanding of the Salesforce platform end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Lead hands-on development in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Flows, and act as the escalation point for the hardest technical problems.
- Design scalable integrations with ERP, billing, marketing and data platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Set and enforce coding standards, design patterns (trigger frameworks, separation of concerns), code review practices and security best practices.
- Work with architects, product owners and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs and estimates.
- Mentor and grow a team of senior and mid-level developers through reviews, pairing and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assess new Salesforce releases and features and recommend how to adopt them.
- Reduce technical debt, and lead org health reviews, refactoring and platform optimization.
- Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.
