Who You Are

Justworks is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help scale our Benefits experience, contributing to our Benefits team’s mission to provide peace of mind to admins, members, and their families. Justworks’ Benefits team is focused on supporting businesses that would not otherwise have access to enterprise-level benefits. We deliver reliable and compliant access to high-quality health insurance, the ability to save for their financial future, and support during life’s unforeseen events and major milestones.

As a member of the Benefits design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams delivering the Benefits experience. You will rely on your systems thinking skills and obsession of craft to solve complex design problems and deliver elegant and delightful solutions.

You’re confident working independently through the design process—from discovery through delivery—and adept at balancing user needs with business and technical constraints. You think beyond simple layouts, in terms of user journeys and workflows. You know when to rely on established design systems and when—and how—to extend those systems.
