As a Senior Product Engineer, you won't wait for a fully-specified ticket. You'll partner directly with customers, product managers, designers, and your own judgment to find the problem worth solving, and then design, build, and ship the distributed, highly scalable SaaS solution that solves it, across our cloud environment using Python, React, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, and distributed systems in a continuous delivery framework. We fully embrace AI-accelerated engineering, embedding AI coding tools and autonomous agents directly into our SDLC so that more of your time goes to understanding customers, the business, and whether what we're building actually matters. We value adaptable generalists with strong computer science fundamentals and strong product instincts; engineers who own outcomes end-to-end, from the first conversation about a customer's problem, through architecture and code, to what happens in production and whether it moved the target metric.
