That means joining signals across product surfaces and customer lifecycle stages, then translating them into a practical view of what helps customers succeed and what gets in their way.

Your mission Own the product vision and roadmap for customer insights and adoption across Cisco Cloud Control. Build the capabilities that reveal how customers onboard, move between experiences, use products and features, and realize value across their Cisco environment. Turn those signals into trusted insights and thoughtful journeys that help customers make better use of the capabilities available to them, deepen adoption where it makes sense, and guide Cisco toward a more coherent, product-led experience.
